SocialEngineers is managed by Erik de Gier.

Erik de Gier (labour sociologist and Americanist) is also part-time professor of comparative labour market policies at Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Formerly he worked alternately in academics and in applied social research. He also worked as policy advisor to the public sector. His foreign experience is based on participation in several EU-research projects, for example with respect to transitional labour markets, industrial relations and reforms in systems of higher education.

Erik de Gier started his consultancy firm SocialEngineers in the fall of 2007.
